Strongly recommend for a quick break
Clean room, comfortable atmosphere, featuring a flat-screen TV and essential kitchen utensils made our stay pleasant, and the hotel's strategic location allowed us easy access to the airport.
Can’t fault the property in any way.

The room was clean and spacious, but the shower needed maintenance with a leaking hose.

i was absolutely blown away by the sheer inconvenience of my stay. the airport shuttle only starts at 9, making me feel like a second-class citizen. also, having to squeeze past two trucks with luggage was no picnic. i almost thought of leaving a great review, but these mishaps really stopped me in my tracks.

Had a great stay! The room was spacious and super clean. It’s close to the airport for easy arrivals. Only downside was parking confusion but overall enjoyed my time here!

The airport shuttle only kicks in at 9 AM, which is a bummer if your flight's earlier. might want to check that if you're in a pinch. the rubbish bin wasn’t emptied before arrival, and a few basics like towels were missing, minor nuisances that shouldn't have slipped through the cracks. food options close-by are pretty limited, meaning you may have to venture farther than you'd like if you're hungry.

Had a blast at The Birches! The breakfast brought to my room was a perfect start to the day, and the local tucker spots Brian recommended were top-notch. Cozy digs with everything I needed—can't complain!

convenient stay with some minor setbacks
The late check-in process via lockbox was smooth. They accommodated my late check-out request without hassle. The airport transfers were a fantastic perk that made my travel experience easier. I also appreciated the cleanliness of my room, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Though my stay was pleasant, the parking situation could use better signage to avoid confusion.

Super comfy stay!
The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Brian was a legend, helping us with an early check-in and sharing great food spots nearby. Plus, the in-room breakfast was a nice touch! Just wished the parking was clearer, but it didn't ruin our fun. Will def be back!

Had a fun time with my friends here! We visited the nearby botanical gardens and enjoyed shopping downtown. The place is clean and quiet, with comfy beds. The staff was super friendly and even let us check out late, which was a huge help after our flight issues. Highly recommend it!
One downside was the bathroom. there were small maintenance issues like a leaking shower hose, which was a bit annoying during our stay.
